| All Sassy Celebrations products are handmade to order. Larger orders will take more time. Orders to be shipped overnight will be shipped as soon as we create your items. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery via regular U.S. mail. If your special event is less than two weeks away, contact us and we'll let you know if your personalized items will arrive on time. If you are not fully satisfied with your customized order, please contact us and we'll do all we can to make it right. If you ever need to return an item you've purchased from us, contact us first to receive a return merchandise authorization so that we may properly credit you for the return. |
